Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • All checkins after midnight are subject to an extra charge of € 20 paid in cash and at checkin.
  • All baby utensils must be requested no later than one week prior to check-in date.
  • After check-in/during your stay, additional charges may incur in case of:
  • - Loss of key;
  • - Key forgotten inside the apartment;
  • - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
  • For your convenience, you can order your breakfast directly with our partners and enjoy a great start to the day in your home. If you are interested, ask us for the menus! 
  • If you want to use the sofa bed available in the apartment or if you need a cot you will need to let us know in time, at least one day before your arrival.
  • If you need cot, cutlery, chair and baby bath, babybath, let us know a week before check-in day.
  • Guests can use the entire apartment as well as all facilities available.
  • All checkins made after midnight are subject to an extra fee of 20eur paid in cash and during the checkin.
  • Upon check-in/during your stay, additional charges may apply in case of:
  • - loss of key;
  • - forgotten key inside the apartment;
  • - Key forgotten inside the apartment, inside the lock.
  • Depending on the situation, the cost of the locksmith is between 40/150eur.
