If you want to be a stone’s throw from the lake Lario House is the right apartment for you!!! It is located inside a small courtyard, on the ground floor and no steps. The whole house has access to the small private backyard; a small table, plants and flowers for an intimate and romantic breakfast. Spacious and bright living area with an American kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook as well as a dishwasher, oven and induction hobs. White beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful round table make for a charming and stylish decor! The bedroom is large and quiet, washing machine, bathroom with window and comfortable shower complete the accommodation. Linens included. The City of Lecco Tourist Tax will be applied at Checkout. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
