Bearly Ruffin It is a luxury vacation home waiting for your adventures. In Connestee Falls, there is plenty to do and see. Enjoy the community pool in season, hike the trails, play golf, tennis, swim in the lakes and enjoy the playground. Bring your canoe or kayak for even more fun. This three bedroom two and one half bathroom home has upscale finishes and furnishings. You can sit on the covered deck and enjoy a mountain view or sit inside on the leather sofas in front of the gas log fireplace and enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV with local channels over a streaming app. A short walk to the lake access where there are picnic tables and an easy place to fish. Fishing passes are available at the clubhouse proshop for a small fee.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, a blender, microwave and dishwasher. The two car garage is a safe place to store a bicycle or kayak. The propane grill is ready to use and propane is provided. Be one of the first to stay and review this luxury home in the Connestee Falls Community, just a short fifteen minute trip to downtown Brevard, Pisgah Forest, 30 minutes to Hendersonville or a 40 minute ride to the Asheville airport. Minimum two night stay.

As your host during your stay, Property Manager is easy to reach by text or phone. Each home is supplied with fresh, professionally laundered linens and supplies to make your stay comfortable. Our cleaning crew is local, paid a living wage and are trained so that you can enjoy your vacation in a clean home.
Confirmed guests will receive a text message to the cell phone on the reservation with a link to the essential information you need to enjoy your stay like the door code and the directions. The digital guide book has information on the property and also on the area including restaurants, grocery stores and popular destinations. Guests can go straight to the property at check-in time.
