Newly built flat (January 2022) in Barakaldo, with good views and quiet area. It has excellent communication with Bilbao thanks to public transport, being 5 min. walk from the train, with a journey time of 15 minutes to Abando, making it faster than the metro. There is also a metro station within a 15 min. walk. In case you want to go to the BEC! there is a bus 3 min. walk away. Free parking in the same building, one place for one car (5m long x 2.6m wide x 2.1m high) . Although it is a quiet area, there are some bars to go for pintxos, to have a drink and supermarkets. It is forbidden to celebrate parties and events in the flat.TOURIST LICENCE: EBI01802

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
