Welcome to Fairway Gem at Spruce Pine! This is the mountain getaway that you have been looking for! We are nestled in the tall pine trees of this quaint mountain town with beautiful views of the mountains and sitting right on the 4th green at the Grassy Creek Golf Course. Our charming three bedroom home is outfitted with a hot tub, wrap around, gated, covered deck, outdoor gas fire table, and a cook’s paradise kitchen. There is plenty of outdoor gathering space, 2 indoor gas fireplaces and views of the mountains and semi-public golf course from the deck and lower level patio. Cook to your heart’s content! We have granite counters, modern stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and oven and have stocked the kitchen with everything from a waffle maker to blender, and all that you need for cooking and entertaining. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
