Welcome to Fairway Gem at Spruce Pine! This is the mountain getaway that you have been looking for! We are nestled in the tall pine trees of this quaint mountain town with beautiful views of the mountains and sitting right on the 4th green at the Grassy Creek Golf Course.

Go ahead and schedule your tee time in advance for a day on the newly renovated Grassy Creek Golf course that lies just below our property. Spruce Pine area has all the mountain charm you are looking for and probably more! There is Hiking, Fishing, Scenic Drives, Food, Shopping, Breweries, Wineries, Gem Mines, Orchards, Artist Studios, Star Gazing Observatory, Festivals from Spring through Fall, and skiing not far away. We are 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and all of the views and hikes it has to offer. Little Switzerland is just around the corner for additional dining options and wineries. Marion, Burnsville and Old fort are nearby and, if you wish, it is 1 hour to Asheville, Boone, or Blowing Rock!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We do not allow pets. Thank you for not bringing pets into our home.
- Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Home has ample paved parking, gated deck, 2 stairs to entry, and ramp to the left that allows access to the deck without using stairs.
- Be sure to secure hot tub lid after use.
- We have a gas grill, gas fireplace and stand up propane heater for your comfort, please shut all propane valves when not using these outdoor features.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
