This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee’s most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. Architectural features include original Cream City brick, exposed beams, and city skyline views. The building is fully loaded with amenities including a fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).
This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each bedroom. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
- 2. No smoking ($150 fee)
- 3. Quiet time after 10pm
- 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
- 5. $40 charge for unreturned keys, $100 charge for unreturned fob
