The minute you step in the door of Villa Oiseau Paradis, you will immediately be welcomed by the calm view of the swimming pool and lush trees of the jungle. Our villa is bordered by a small river running through the rainforest.
It is located far away from the main road thus, you will not hear any car noise. Our villa name, ‘Oiseau’ which means birds, and ‘Paradis’ which means paradise in French, was inspired by the chirping of birds in the tropical paradise. The surrounding environment is kept as natural as possible, so you can wake up to the chirping of birds and fall asleep with the natural white noise of bugs.
The sunken outdoor lounge by the pool is the perfect place to have afternoon aperitif and cocktails during the golden hours. We have a menu in which you could order alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as various types of pizza and a full Western meal. We have a complete menu for brunch, lunch and dinner, dessert, and kids’ meals. You could order and have a romantic dinner under the bright stars and the coconut tree at the sunken outdoor lounge.
This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.
Our villa is equipped with two equally sized bedrooms with en-suite showers. Our bedding and linen have a soft and luxurious feel. A hand-woven natural fiber rug made of water hyacinth is placed in every bedroom and living room. Their soft earthy texture lends a relaxed and easy vibe to a space. Oiseau Paradis is perfect for nature-loving couples.
Both the bedrooms have a direct view of the jungle. What could be more romantic than being in bed together with your loved one, watching fireflies casting their light over the dense jungle view? However, since it’s close to the jungle, do be prepared for bugs and bring some insect repellant. The door is a full-size window and transparent. At night, the full window can be closed by a blackout curtain for a comfortable sleep.
Your senses will be rejuvenated by the natural experience. A massage therapist is available at your request so you can experience various massage techniques on a sun lounger in a jungle setting.
Our fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, a rice cooker, a Moka Pot, a teapot, a complete knife set, coffee, tea, sugar. We are also a kid-friendly villa. We have a baby bed and a baby bathtub. The most fun part of our villa is a giant flamingo floatie and 5 other floats for a swimming pool party for your crew. Extra services such as floating breakfast in the pool and a flower pool surprise are also available at your request at extra costs.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.
Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
If Nearby Construction Occurs: We value your peaceful stay. In the rare event of construction in our area, our team is ready to assist with any comfort concerns. While neighborhood activities are beyond our control, your relaxation remains our priority. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything to enhance your experience.

Vendor Services: To ensure the villa’s equipment and your safety, our dedicated team manages all vendor services within the villa, including spa, personal training, decorations, private chefs, yoga, photography, and villa equipment. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000.
Waste Management: Contribute to Bali’s sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa.
Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups.
Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali’s tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem.
Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage.

Q: What time is the check-in policy?
A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time.
Q: What time is the check-out policy?
A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so.
Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef’s service?
A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray.
For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking.

Q: Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
A: Absolutely! Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. To ensure privacy, please coordinate with your Villa Host or Staff for a convenient cleaning time. Your comfort is our priority.
Q: Can we have extra clean towels?
A: Certainly! We are happy to provide extra towels, subject to availability. Please feel free to reach out to your Villa Host or Staff, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request promptly.
Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds?
A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 6 guests, with the 5th and 6th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 340.000/night/person, applies. Should you require extra beds, please feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist in making arrangements for your group’s comfort.
