In addition to the large interior dining room with vaulted ceiling, there are multiple porches perfect for relaxing and hanging out sipping a cocktail after a day at the beach or with your coffee in the morning! The master bedroom has a King size bed, private balcony access, and en-suite full bathroom with large glass shower and dual vanities. The second bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bathroom, and the bunk room (also with en-suite bathroom) has two sets of built-in bunks: one set with Full-over-Full size beds, and one set with Twin-over-Twin size beds. There is also a half bathroom off the hallway. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Ample parking for 2 vehicles available in the driveway. They have parking and restrooms! Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
