Step into this tastefully designed 2 bedroom retreat, featuring Scandinavian-inspired decor and calming colour schemes. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this home is set over 2 floors and has a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, cosy living area, dining table and a contemporary bathroom. Situated just a short walk from the beach and an array of dining choices, it’s an ideal place for short or longer stays with family and friends or for professionals - 10 minute stroll to the seafront - Fresh bed linen, plenty of huge towels and toiletries for all guests - Complimentary tea/coffee/salt and pepper/cooking oil Welcome to this beautifully designed home with Scandinavian influences and a calming neutral colour scheme. It has 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed and a classic futon daybed. If you prefer to use the day bed for extra guests, it can turn into a king bed or two single beds (please request the sleeping set up in advance of your stay). The second bedroom has a double bed. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it great for family or friends’ getaways, whether you’re staying for a short time or a while. KITCHEN The modern kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, pour-over coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, microwave and dishwasher. There’s also plenty of space to prepare your meals. We provide all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware you’ll need. We also give you complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The dining table seats 4, but we have 2 extra chairs if you need room for 6. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy meals or drinks with your loved ones. LIVING ROOM The living room is bright and spacious with a calm and modern look. You’ll find a comfy sofa, a stool and TV. It’s a great place to relax, read a book, or chat with your friends or family. BEDROOMS Upstairs, you’ll find two bright and comfy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and lots of space for your clothes. This larger main bedroom also has the futon daybed that’s great for lazing on. However, if you prefer, it can become a king bed or two singles for extra guests. In the second bedroom, there’s a double bed and a foldable desk on the wall, which is handy for using your laptop or planning your day. BATHROOM The bathroom is fully tiled and has a modern grey design. It features a walk-in shower, which is a great way to unwind. The wooden touches add a peaceful touch to the space. Enjoy the calm and style of this well-designed home. It’s a place where you can relax and make lasting memories with your family and friends. IN ADDITION: - There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guest use. - The house is situated on a quiet residential street. - A travel cot and high chair are available in the home should those be needed. A NOTE ABOUT PARKING On the road of the road of the apartment, permits are required for parking over 2 hours. Parking permits can be provided upon request. There is a limited supply for the year so please check to confirm availability in advance of your stay. Property Manager are available 7 days a week to assist with any questions you may have! WALKING Brighton is a small city with all of the main attractions close together, so it’s really easy to explore on foot! The apartment is in a great location that is easy walking distance from the seafront, many of the best shops and restaurants in Brighton and Hove, as well as the i360, the Brighton Centre, the Pier and the Pavilion. TRAIN Brighton station is approximately 1 mile from the apartment, where there are regular trains to London Victoria & Kings Cross, Gatwick Airport, and many other cities. BUSES There are frequent buses along Western Road (a couple of minutes walk) that travel to all parts of the city, and beyond. TAXIS There are plenty of taxis and we also have Uber in Brighton. PARKING Parking can be difficult in central Brighton so we recommend travelling by train if possible. There are car parks nearby however please check prices first as they can be expensive. CYCLING Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point is just a short walk to Brunswick Place. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean. - For group bookings all guests must be aged 25 or over - thank you for your co-operation. - Strictly NO parties or late night noise: please check the HOUSE RULES.
