The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen/diner seats up to 10 guests and has a feature skylight and access to the garden. The living room has three sofas (one is a double sofa bed) plus Smart TV. Close to the seafront, promenade and Lagoon, you can also walk to the local park and easily access the restaurants, pubs and cafes of the city.

The Neighborhood

Where you’ll be.... Brighton and Hove, England, United Kingdom The house is located a few minutes walk from Hove seafront with some local shops/eateries nearby. The centre of Hove is a 15 minute walk/3 minute drive and Brighton can be easily reached by car or bus, or even on foot. Hove Lagoon is a 10 minute walk away and provides a range of watersports, including stand up paddle boarding. There are two parks nearby – one at Hove Lagoon and the other, Wish Park, is just a few minutes walk. Between the property and Brighton are the King Alfred Leisure Centre, a children's play area with crazy golf and amusements, Hove Lawns and cafes, the i360 and the West Pier. There is also the option of hiring one of Brighton's rental bikes and take the cycle path that runs along the seafront all the way past Brighton Marina and along to Saltdean to the east, or head towards Shoreham harbour to the west. In Brighton and Hove there is an incredible choice of restaurants along the seafront including Lucky Beach, Riddle & Finns II, The Salt Room, Murmur, Maroccos and many, many more. There are also plenty of pubs and bars nearby and along Church Road in Hove. Be sure to visit the Ginger Pig pub which is a short walk away and serves gourmet, traditional food using local Sussex produce, and was voted one of the UK's top 10 pubs by GQ. If you head into the centre of Brighton, you will find The Lanes, a famous shopping area renowned for its narrow lanes and eclectic mix of shops. Further afield there are more shops and restaurants, including those in the quirky North Laines. You will find the very best independent shops, restaurants and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
  • - Please be considerate to, as per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.
  • - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
  • - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
  • - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
