Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Thank you for letting us host you! 🥰 We would like to remind you of a few house rules that we kindly ask you to follow:
- 1) Please leave your shoes at the entrance or in the designated area 🥾
- 2) Please have the environment and electricity prices in mind during your stay. Turning off or down the heating when you are not at home and at checkout 💡
- 3) Keep air vents open and use the bathroom and kitchen fans to ensure good air quality 🍳
- 4) Please put the furniture and inventory back in its original place if you have moved it 🛋
- 5) Respect our neighbors and use common sense 🏘
- 6) Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment without prior agreement 👋
- 7) If you encounter any problems, please contact us 📲
- 8) We appreciate if you tidy up before leaving and leave the apartment in the same condition as you would want to come back to. Your will find cleaning supplies in the apartment 🧹
- 9) !As mentioned in the pictures, there is some construction work on the fasade until 15.04. Sorry for this and let us know if it troubles you.
- Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to check in early or check out late, so that we can accommodate your request. Early check-in / late check-out depends on whether we have sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for you and the next guests. We charge a fee of 100 NOK for early check-in / late check-out of under 2 hours and 200 NOK for over 2 hours.
- Arriving early or leaving late? We offer luggage storage for 100 NOK 🧳
- Traveling with children? We provide travel cots and high chairs upon request for 150 NOK per unit 👼
- Payment for any additional services must be made in advance through a payment link 📲
