Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Cleaning service included 3 times per week.
- On call villa manager during your stay if needed and any assistance.
- For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
- Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
- Important note :
- *Only registered guests are allow to access The heights compound and the property.
- *Copy of guests passports are required to provide before check in.
- *No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
- * Kindly turn off aircon when not use.
- * Please turn off aircon units when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
- * Please not have windows open when aircon is on.
- * Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
