The Home
Our house accommodates up to 7 people in three suites, two suites with 1 queen bed each and one suite with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.
We are located within a residential condominium on the seafront in the southern part of the island with complete leisure infrastructure.
- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets and bath and face towels. A roll of toilet paper will be provided per bathroom.
- You will need to climb some stairs to access the house and suites, and are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- According to condominium rules, access to the pool costs R$100.00/day per person (day use).
To use the pool on Saturday or Sunday, guests must reserve and pay directly with the condominium administrator by Friday.

The Port of São Pedro has calm, clear waters. Since there is no infrastructure on site, visitors need to bring their own food if they decide to spend the whole day at the Port of São Pedro. The south side of Ilhabela is full of beautiful beaches and waterfalls.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- - No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the rules of the location.
- - Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- - Visitors are prohibited.
- - Pets are prohibited.
- - Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas.
- - It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house and suites, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- - The house has 110V and 220V sockets. The 220V sockets will be marked.
- - Guests will have free access to all areas of the condominium, which includes security cameras, 24-hour concierge, swimming pool, swimming and diving area, beachside bar, sports courts, fishing spots and decks with sea views. Guests will not be able to use the condominium's private marina or jet ski.
- - We provide 5 beach chairs.
- - According to condominium rules, access to the pool costs R$100.00/day per person (day use).
- To use the pool on Saturday or Sunday, guests must reserve and make payment directly to the condominium administrator by Friday.
- - We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets and bath and face towels. A roll of toilet paper will be provided per bathroom.
- - We have 1 uncovered parking space available, in the courtyard in front of the outbuilding next to the house.
- - A security deposit of R$2,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. It will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
