Our house is located in a gated condominium right on the sand at Praia de Guarajuba and comfortably accommodates up to 16 people, in addition to having a leisure area. We are located 1 hour from Salvador International Airport and approximately 3km from Shopping Guarajuba, combining practical transportation and conveniences of the region in one place. - Children up to 10 years old enter free of charge. - ATTENTION: A fixed fee of R$220.00 per day is charged for water and electricity consumption. Payment must be made via pix. - The housekeeper can carry out cleaning services and has a recommended person for kitchen services (negotiations and payments directly with them). - We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bath, face and pool towels and dish towels in the kitchen. - We have professional gardeners who make daily morning visits, ensuring proper maintenance and preserving the health of the plants. Upon arrival, guests will have access to the living room, which has sofas, armchairs and a coffee table. Next, we have the dining room, with a table and chairs for meals, and the lounge, which has a Smart TV and sofas. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, electric oven, sandwich maker, coffee maker, microwave, blender, water filter, among others. We have 6 suites, two suites on the ground floor, one suite with two single beds and a bunk bed and another suite with two bunk beds. On the upper floor we have a suite with a king bed and three suites with a queen bed. All suites have air conditioning. The leisure area of ​​the house has a swimming pool, barbecue, garden, hammock and tables with chairs for dining. Furthermore, the condominium has a trail that leads directly to Guarajuba Beach. We provide 1 uncovered parking space inside the property. It is also possible to park approximately 8 more cars on the street in front of the house. Guests will have access to all areas of the house. The Property Manager manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. We are located in the city of Camaçari, approximately 80km from the city of Salvador. Guarajuba is known for its beaches that guarantee moments of relaxation and leisure for families or friends. The region offers a well-developed tourist infrastructure, with several options of restaurants, bars and other shops to help you during your stay. We are approximately 1 hour by car from Salvador International Airport. It is possible to get around the city using vehicles or use transport apps, such as Uber.
