Located in Perequê, our house is about 500m walking from the beach and is ideal for those looking for tranquility and practicality in Ilhabela.
With 200m2, Casa Flamboiã accommodates up to 8 people in three comfortable suites. Our property has an integrated environment, barbecue, air conditioning and fan in all rooms and deck with jacuzzi.
We are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north region.
- We offer bed linen, bath and blankets. Beach towels are not available.
- The house has stairs, so it is not recommended for children, the old or with reduced mobility.
- We accept pets, subject to prior consultation.
- There is security system with video monitoring on the outside of the property (garage and staircase)

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - The property has 1 house that holds up to 8 people and 1 Studio that holds up to 3 people. The houses are independent, but can also be rented as a single space. If they are rented separately, please respect each space.
- - After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).
- - Visits are prohibited.
- - No noise and sound box after 22h. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The amount may vary from one night.
- - No parties, events and stag parties.
- - We offer bed linen, bath and blankets. Beach towels are not available.
- - We accept pets, subject to prior consultation.
- - Security system with video monitoring on the outside of the property (garage and staircase)
- - Smoking only in outdoor areas
- - The house has stairs, so it is not recommended for children, the old or with reduced mobility.
- - Parking space for two cars in the garage. The 3rd wave is dedicated to the studio.
- - Please select the correct number of guests before formalizing your booking, this may influence the final amount.
- - A security deposit of R$1500 is tied to your reservation and will serve for any unforeseen events, if there are none, there will be no extra charges.
