This cozy one bedroom condo in the heart of River Run is walking distance to the slopes and has great amenities! The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and large windows boasting stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Off of the living room is a private balcony where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the morning and take in the fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Serve your family at the round dining table which seats 4 people comfortably. The bedroom features a queen sized bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Silver Mill is an amenity rich building, featuring a large lobby with a comfortable sitting area and pool table, ski lockers, a fitness room, communal laundry room, and communal grill for summer cookouts. After a long day on the slopes, relax in one of the hot tubs or outdoor heated pool. You’ll be right in the middle of the action in River Run Village, with the River Run Gondola and the Summit Express Lift less than a quarter-mile south (a two-minute walk). Countless retail shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities are right outside your door. Families will love the easy access to ice skating, inner-tubing, and night skiing. This complex is just five miles southwest of Arapahoe Basin Ski Area if you’re interested in a change of scenery. You’ll also be only eight miles east of downtown Dillon, the shores of Lake Dillon (where you can rent kayaks and pontoon boats in summer), and the Outlets at Silverthorne.
Building roof replacement will start 9/6 and be ongoing through the end of October. Please be aware of the work.

All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
