Newly built, with it’s mountain-modern decor, this 3 bedroom stunner with a private hot tub is sure to please. Perfect for a large family, multiple families, a friends reunion or executive retreat, this multi-story town home offers plenty of amenities and is only half a mile from River Run and the slopes!Entering on the main floor, you’ll find the downstairs living room, complete with a mini-bar. A full bathroom and the back lower patio access are also on the ground level with the private hot tub! Upstairs you’ll be impressed with the dark hardwood throughout and the granite-splashed gourmet kitchen.
After a long day on the slopes, relax in front of the warm stone-wrapped gas fireplace on the over-sized sectional to watch a movie, or sit at the velvet bar stools to have a drink. Entertaining will be a breeze in the open concept kitchen and dining area. There’s plenty of counter space for family cooking and seating for ten at the dining table! Just outside the main living area is a full bathroom, the front second story patio and the primary suite. The primary suite features floor to ceiling windows, a private patio, a king sized bed, and a true walk in closet. The en suite bathroom features a large duel sink counter and a standing shower. There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level. The first guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and a private patio entrance to the hot tub. The second guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There are also two queen sleeper sofas to accommodate additional guests.
The Alders Town homes are nestled on a quiet street that backs up to national forest. You’ll be able to enjoy the uninterrupted winter wonderland from the private hot tub, or ride/hike the nearby bike trail to the mountain past the ponds of the Snake River. There is a private one-car heated garage.
Guest of The Alders also have access to the River Run community pool and hot tubs located at the Dakota Lodge. The free Keystone shuttle bus picks up three times per hour at the nearby Settlers Creek Town homes, just a few minute walk from this property. This condo has three available parking spaces. This townhome is in a community which several local live full time. Guests of this property MUST respect the quiet hours for the complex (including private hot tub use) or will be subject to a fine if issued a noise complaint by the HOA, Neighbors, or Local government.
