Welcome to 202 Clearwater lofts! This property is brand new with high-end luxury finishes, mountain views, and quick access to the slopes via shuttle or a short drive. The entryway features a bench and built in hooks to make storing gear a breeze. Just past the entryway is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa couch and a gas fireplace. Just off the living room is a large balcony with amazing mountain views. The gourmet kitchen has all essentials stocked and features brand new high-end appliances. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and 6 at the dining room table.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed.
Clearwater Lofts at Keystone are luxury condominiums that offer outdoor recreation all year long – minutes to the Keystone Lake, a short shuttle to the slopes, the Summit County Recreation Path with miles of riding and walking and the Snake River Wetlands right out your door. Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
