Welcome to our Gloucester Street gem boasting one bedroom and one bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area that seamlessly connects to a private, fully fenced courtyard. Additionally, a generously sized sofa bed in the living area offers flexible sleeping options up to 4 guests.
Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a convenient desk for working vacations, along with a spacious full-sized bathroom with Tiled Shower, Heated Towel rail and bidet toilet with heated seat. For added convenience, a washing and dryer combination machine is provided in the kitchen area for guests to use.
With a complete Kitchen filled with all the modern appliances the flexibility to cook meals while on holiday is an added bonus. Featuring Rice Cooker, Steamer, Oven, Hob, Microwave and Fridge/freezer.
If you prefer to experience the local eateries a short stroll will get you in New regent Street, The Terraces and Cashel Street Mall.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
