Guests have access to the entire house & garage. Parking is strictly limited to the 1 car in garage (no driveway parking on the property) but there is also free street parking if needed. Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage.

- Parking: There are 2 car spaces in the garage for guests to use (max 2 cars can be accommodated on the property). Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage. The driveway is shared with neighbors and there is no driveway parking. There is also free street parking available.
- This home is located on a shared lot with two other homes.
- **The twin room is intended for small children when 3 people are staying in this room & using the trundle bed. Please be aware it is a tight squeeze when all 3 beds are used (trundle is pulled out).
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
