The indoor pool is not heated; the room maintains a constant temperature of 70 degrees year-round, so the pool also stays around 70°F. It can not be heated. Hot tub temp is set to 101F. IT can not be adjusted.

By booking this home, you agree to the county rental laws and the following house rules. Failure to comply with any of the items below may result in eviction with no refund.
We don’t like doing it, but to maintain our owners’ rental permits, sometimes it’s necessary.
The vast majority of our guests have no issue, but every once in a while, we do get a rowdy group. We do our best to communicate with you long before it leads to an eviction so please have your booking cell phone on you during your stay. Message us if you have any questions or concerns, and we appreciate your understanding on the matter

Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside.
We cannot accommodate extra guests or host parties.
4 Cars ONLY, No extra cars, no parking on the street OR on the dirt.
No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts.
No open flame fires, fireworks, bonfires, etc - due to high fire risk.
No yelling, blasting music, fighting, or other loud noises that could disturb the neighbors.
No, the pool is not heated; it is about 70 to 75°F year-round. It can not be heated. The hot tub is 102°F.
This house has an exceptional wastewater plumbing setup. If you and your guests are responsible for the overflow, we will charge you for the resulting plumbing costs. ONLY Tolit paper should be flushed. Garbage disposals are NOT FOR FOOD. DO NOT grind up trash and send it down the sink.
