Slopeside with spectacular views, this beautiful 4-bedroom penthouse in Crystal Peak Lodge is the perfect retreat for a ski vacation. Located at the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 7, you’ll be steps away from the Independence SuperChair and the BreckConnect gondola.
After your day’s adventures, return home to the warmth of this cozy residence. Gather around the gas fireplace on the comfortable leather sofas and watch the alpenglow as the sun sets over the slopes. The chefs in the group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with counter seating for 3 people, while the dining table seats 10 guests.
The mountain-facing primary king suite features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, separate tub and shower. With views overlooking the ski slopes, each morning you can peek out to see how much powder fell overnight or which slopes are freshly groomed.
On the opposite side of the main living space are two more king bedrooms, one with a valley view, the other with views of the ski mountain. One of the kings has an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The other King bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower. This bathroom also opens to the hallway and is easily accessible from the living area. The bunk room that is located off the dining room would use this bathroom. The bunk room has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional bedding.
For guests’ convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer. The residence includes one parking space in the underground garage.
Crystal Peak Lodge also features a community hot tub, fitness room, game room, fire pit, ski locker room, outdoor BBQ grill, and business center. Guests also have access to the amenities at the neighboring One Ski Hill Place, including two family-friendly theater rooms, a bowling alley, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a full-service spa, two indoor pools, a steam room, a sauna, and an outdoor hot tub.
Crystal Peak Lodge also offers guests a year-round shuttle service for transportation within the town of Breckenridge.
For ski access, you’ll walk out of the lodge to the Independence SuperChair that goes up Peak 7 to cruise down the intermediate runs. The Breck Connect gondola also makes a stop for you to hop on up to the base of Peak 8, or down to town.
