The Neighborhood
The building is located in Warsaw's Mokotow district. It is one of the business enclaves of the city. The neighborhood is full of various restaurants and retail and service outlets. Not far away is the famous 18th century Królikarnia and the adjacent Arkadia Park with the Xawery Dunikowski Museum of Sculpture, which can be visited within a twenty-minute walk. Shopping enthusiasts will surely enjoy the proximity of the Westfield Mokotów shopping center, as well as the wide range of grocery stores located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The place is well connected with the rest of Warsaw - only fifteen minutes is enough to walk to one of the two subway stations (Wierzbno or Wilanowska). In addition, in the area you can find numerous streetcar and bus stops, the nearest of which Modzelewskiego 03 is located just three minutes from the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
