highlights include: an in-home washer & dryer for easy laundry days, reverse
osmosis water purification system, a bidet in the primary bathroom, desk with
"all in one" printer, fireplace, and a spacious 2-car garage for added
convenience. The garage has a "Universal Telsa/EV Wall Charger" with a super
fast 60-amp circuit to charge your Tesla or any EV! With these added touches,
this cozy desert/mountain escape offers all the comforts you need for a
relaxing retreat in beautiful Prescott Valley.
Furthermore, the house is located in a very convenient location which allows
easy access to hiking/biking trails, scenic walking trails, pristine lakes for
paddleboarding, kayaking & canoeing, fine dining, and entertainment. The house
is minutes away from Prescott, only 1 hour 15 minutes away from Sedona, and
just 2 hours away from the magnificent Grand Canyon National Park.

We understand the importance of providing comfort and support for all guests.
For those who require additional accessibility features during their stay, we
offer items such as grab bars, shower benches, toilet safety rails, and a
wheelchair ramp (front door only). These items are not visible to other guests
and will only be made available upon request. If you need any of these items,
please let us know in advance, and we will ensure they are set up prior to
your arrival.
**SPECIAL AMENITY:** For those guests staying _2 weeks or longer_ , we can
provide you with special access to the HOA’s Exclusive Community Clubhouse,
with premium amenities such as: Granville’s fitness center, swimming pool,
jacuzzi, pickleball, tennis, basketball courts, billiard/ping-pong room &
more. You will need to contact us, _at least 1 week prior to your arrival_ to
coordinate, and complete the HOA registration form. The earlier the better,
this way we can verify if the Clubhouse will still allow this access! HOA’s
policy can change, unless we confirm with them. There is a required HOA fee
of $15, per _each_ adult ID card that is created, and this is paid directly to
HOA. Children under 14 do _not_ need an ID card, but must be accompanied by
an adult. More updated info can be provided upon your text message request to
the host at the number above. **Note:** The pool is closed during winter
time, and usually opens from May 1st to October 31st. Jacuzzi remains open
throughout the year, unless lightning storms.
**SECURITY CAMERAS:** For your safety & security, there are 6 security
cameras located at: 1) the main entrance video doorbell, 2) left-side
exterior of house, 3) right-side exterior of house, 4) backyard-facing sliding
door, 5) inside garage - facing storage cabinets & doorway, and 6) garage
driveway.
**SMOKING POLICY:** Out of respect to ALL our guests, absolutely no smoking is
allowed inside or outside (front & backyard) of this house. A $500 penalty
will be charged if smoking takes place. Thank you for your understanding.
