This modern apartment is located in the new building complex ''Stara Polana'' at Nowotarska Street. The building has an elevator. The facility is equipped with a free SPA zone - in the complex you will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a playground for children. The location combines peace and proximity to the most important points on the map of Zakopane. The bustling city center - Krupówki, is only 1.5 km away, and the popular Gubałówka funicular railway is 1 km away. The nearest restaurants and cafes are only 500m from the apartment. If you want to spend time actively - you can reach Aquapark Zakopane in just 15 minutes walk. This location is also ideal for those traveling by train as the train station is only 700m away. Dear Sirs, We would like to inform you that in 2025, technical breaks in the SPA have been planned for the following dates: April 7-13 and November 17-23. On these days, the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas will be closed.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
