The name of the house “Il Sogno tra i Vigneti” describes very well the characteristic stone cottage which is set amidst the countryside, on the hills where also the small medieval hamlet of Montecarlo is located at.
The house disposes of a huge garden, a set in earth swimming pool (12 x 6m, depth: 1.30m with internal steps) at the exclusive use of the guests, wooden veranda equipped with a table, chairs, barbeque, wooden sunbeds and sun-umbrellas.
A sense of harmony and relax are projecting guests in the slow atmosphere of the “dolcevita” in Tuscany.

The holiday home is located on the smooth hills of Montecarlo, where vineyards and olive groves extend until the horizon; the landscape transforms and changes into colours of the different seasons.
The hamlet of Montecarlo, which is located on top of the hill, invites its visitors to explore the narrow lanes with its bars, restaurants where you may taste local specialities; it is the ideal destination for the discovery of new flavours.
The city of Lucca with its vast cultural offer and antique treasures is within an easy reach as also the other art cities such as Florence, Pisa or Siena.
The house is set amidst a huge property with many vineyards, close to a farm where an excellent red and white wine is produced, as also “vinsanto” and olive oil, where guests may participate, on request, at tastings of local products and could also buy wine and olive oil.
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining room with couch and upholstered chairs, TV, dining table, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee brewer, kettle, toaster, exit onto a covered veranda with a table, chairs, 1 bathroom with wc and basin.
Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with French- size bed (bed width: 1.20m) and 1 single sofa bed with 1 en-suite bathroom with wc, basin, shower, 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom with wc, shower, basin, baby bed, fans in the bedrooms. WiFi included.
Modern furnishings give a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

There is a mansion which belongs to the same owners who live abroad. This mansion is not located and used meanwhile the holiday home IL SOGNO TRA I VIGNETI is rented. Therefore, guests will have the garden and swimming pool area complete at their exclusive use.
