Ascending to the second floor, you’ll find the second Master suite with a King bed, one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks, a flat-screen TV, and a shared jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom with two Queen beds shares this jack-and-jill bathroom. Just down the hall, you’ll find another King bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The last bedroom has one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks. The vast second-floor deck is the perfect place to kick back with friends and loved ones over sundowners- all bedrooms have access to the deck! Guest Access Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There’s a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area! There is a complimentary tram that can be used to get to and from the beach that stops right in front of the home! Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
