This stunning home boasts a private heated pool, fire pit, multiple expansive porches (top one with GULF VIEWS), BBQ grill, screened-in back porch with dining table, large dining room with fireplace, cozy coastal furnishings, and more!
Located in the epicenter of Old Seagrove walking distance to the beach, Seaside, great restaurants, shopping, Publix and more!
The space
Welcome to ’Delaney’s by the Seaside!’
This 3-story home is located on a large corner lot and has wonderful Florida charm!
The main level has a spacious living room and an open-concept floor plan that opens to the formal dining room with a 2-story fireplace. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has a Sub Zero refrigerator, a Wolf range, and two Bosch dishwashers. There is also a wet bar off the kitchen with a separate wine cooler. From there, you can walk out to the secluded screened porch with an additional dining table, perfect for meals al fresco.
The outdoor space has a private pool (heated for an additional fee October - April upon request) in the secluded backyard surrounded by privacy fencing. The property also features a BBQ grill and a firepit with sitting area around.
As you ascend to the second floor, you’ll find the first master suite that has a King bed and French doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the outdoor living area and private pool. The spa-like master bathroom is expansive and features Carrara marble throughout, two separate vanities, a huge walk-in shower with massage jets, and an oversized cast iron soaking tub. Across the hall is a bedroom with 2 Twin beds - great for kids!
Also, on this level, you will find the second master suite with a King bed and a sitting room. This suite also opens to the balcony overlooking the outdoor living area and private pool. An additional spacious balcony also runs the full length of the front of the house providing yet another secluded and tranquil area to relax.
The second floor also has a secondary living room connected to the master suite with a built-in wet bar.
The third floor has three additional bedrooms, a bedroom with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, another bedroom with a Queen bed and shared bathroom with a glass shower, and a bunk bedroom with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a Twin trundle pullout. There is direct access to another private balcony overlooking the pool area. This bedroom also has direct access to the shared bathroom with a glass shower.
Another spacious balcony runs the full length of the front of the house providing another secluded and tranquil area to take a nap on the hammock!
The observation tower provides expansive views of Seaside and Seagrove Beach!
Don’t forget to take the LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore Seaside Square and everything else 30A has to offer!

There is parking for 4-5 cars in the driveways depending on the size of the vehicles.
Other things to note
-Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
-All pets are strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub or other amenities provided to guests.
