About this space Welcome to ’Dash to the Beach!’ This house truly has everything anyone could want in a vacation home - from the decked out complimentary 6-seater LSV/golf cart to the multiple porches for relaxing after a day at the beach to the gourmet chef’s kitchen and wet bar plus the multiple open-concept living spaces, it is a stunning, peaceful, and comfortable home for a family, multiple families, or groups! WaterColor amenity passes included! The space From the top-of-the-line appliances to the gorgeous custom designer decor and outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining and relaxing - plus complimentary board games for the family’s enjoyment - this fully-equipped home is the perfect spot for memories to be made! There are also complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for guests’ use. This GORGEOUS home is situated in the ultra-desirable WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor’s numerous amenity offerings (Camp WaterColor for families, the WaterColor Beach Club, Boathouse, etc. just to name a few)! It is also just one block from Publix, dining and shopping. There is over 2,500 square feet of living space in this home, making for plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The home boasts marble counter tops throughout, stainless steel appliances, a massive breakfast bar with seating and eat-in kitchen, and a spacious dining area that opens to the main floor living space, a wet bar, living rooms on both floors, 2 king beds, and more! HOME AMENITIES: -Prime WaterColor location -6-Seater LSV/golf cart included -3 minute drive to Camp WaterColor, close to the beach, Boathouse, Seaside and the WaterColor Beach Club -Two covered porches (upstairs is screened in) -Barbeque grill -Front porch with comfortable seating perfect for sipping your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine -Fully equipped high-end chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, and eat-in breakfast bar on the oversize island -There is parking for 1 car in the driveway, or pads located throughout the community This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 12! 5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, 1 Half Bathroom, 2 Interior Living Rooms) FIRST FLOOR -Queen bedroom + en suite bathroom with glass shower and dual vanities -Half bath SECOND FLOOR -Master bedroom with king bed + en suite bathroom with glass shower and double vanities + private access to porch with large day bed, porch swing, and couch -3rd bedroom with king bed + en suite bathroom with shower -4th bedroom with queen bed + access to shared bathroom with shower/tub combination -Bunk room with full bottom bunk and twin top bunk + access to shared bathroom with shower/tub combination There is also a pack n’ play provided for guests’ use, and the home has retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs if you’d like to use. An air mattress is provided in each of our properties to accommodate an additional guest (12 total) Guest access The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is just a few doors down from the house and has its own kid pool! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The neighborhood has a quiet, comfortable feel - great for kids to play. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and AMAZING playground for kids! The wristbands for access to all of these wonderful amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. Other things to note -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. -In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. -Weddings and other similar events are not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. -Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
