There are bikes provided for guests’ use. Free off-street parking for up to 7 cars in the driveway. Other things to note -The elevator in the property is not for guest use. -Weddings and other similar events may be allowed at this home for an additional event fee; please inquire for more details. Events without approval by the manager are not allowed, and violation of this and any other home rule may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to community and management fines. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -The minimum age requirement is 27 years old, or with chaperones (one adult over 35 for every 4 guests under 27). -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, hot tub, bikes or other amenities provided to guests.
