Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -Do not keep access card close to electronic devices
- -Please call highpark control room (03-76251143) if the parking gate is not activated and inform your unit number
- -Do not spam during entering the door access code, this will lead to "Keypad lock" warning and you need to wait for 10 minutes to clear the warning
- -In case there is notification "passage mode" from smart lock, the door is not locked. Please change switch behind door from "open" into "lock"
- -Smoking and eating durian is prohibited, there is a penalty charge of RM300
- - Facilities are at level 7 & 8
- Swimming pool at level 7 (Please wear approved swimwear at swimming pool area and follow the facility's rules & regulation set by the Building Management)
- Gymnasium at level 8 (Proper sport attire must be worn all the time and please follow the facility's rules & regulation set by the Building Management)
- - There is a garbage room accessible at near the lift
- - Use netflix: Please ask us for Netflix account details
- -Please contact us if had any issue with your stay
- -Please keep noise levels down after 10 PM. A fine of RM150 will be charged for any disturbances
