This luxurious coastal home features a spacious, 2 story screened-in porch with a fireplace, private heated pool, + its own private carriage house with a bedroom, full bath, living room, full kitchen, W/D & balcony! It also comes with an arcade machine, built-in projector in the home theater, and inclusive access to the WaterColor amenities!
The Space
Welcome to ’Coastal Bliss!’
Only two blocks from the Frog Pond Pool and a quick 10-minute walk to the town center and WaterColor Beach Club, this coastal luxury home is perfect for your next vacation! Just STEPS from the bridge and peaceful surroundings such as lush landscaping, bike trails, walking path, the lake, a fishing dock, and more! Sleeps up to 16 guests!
Included are 4 adult bikes + a 6-seater LSV/golf cart to help you get around!
The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry, a spacious living area, and a dining room that opens to a large two-story screened porch where you can enjoy a large outdoor dining table, a fireplace, and a TV. Hardwood flooring, shiplap, marble, and tile throughout the home. There is also a private heated pool located just outside of the porch doors! The BBQ grill can be found off of the garage.
Relax in style with a massive breakfast bar, built-in wet bar with a wine fridge, and a theater room with a built-in projector and ample seating for a cozy movie night!
On the second floor, you’ll find one master bedroom with a King bed, plus two Queen guest bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Also on the second floor, there is an additional living room with balcony access overlooking the main floor of the porch.
Traveling up to the third floor, there is an open concept room with multiple couches, 4 twin beds, a theater room, an ARCADE game machine, and a full bathroom!
This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests with its open concept and multiple living areas. There is a 2-car garage plus additional space for parking in the driveway.
This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access
The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!
The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads with no through traffic!
The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!
Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.
Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. WaterColor requires guest contact information for WaterColor wristband registration.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are strict and late check out will be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, pool, LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
