Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- No pets allowed
- Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors
- Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 23:00 and 8:00
- Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreational areas and common areas
- Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony
- Guests may not make any alterations to the unit
- Parking is allowed only in the allocated parking spaces. Additional free parking available nearby at Dubai Opera
- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
- Eviction of the guests:
- Loss of security deposit or accommodation amount paid by the guest
- Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others
