The Space:
This chic space on the 2nd floor of an 8-story building (with an elevator!) is as luxurious as it is functional and spacious (150 m2 | 1,615 sq ft), and provides a wonderful way to get to know the city from the very fashionable Polanco District!
Enter into a luminous open-plan living room with plush seating and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime after exploring the city. The apartment is family-and-kid-friendly, with unique features like a teepee tent and swing bench.
There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, a dining table for 6 and 4 stools at the kitchen breakfast bar for extra seating at meal time.
There are 3 stylish bedrooms, each being an oasis of comfort and outfitted with quality linens and ample storage space for your things. The layout accommodates up to 8 as such:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen & 1 Double bed
The 2 full bathrooms feature a sink, toilet, and stand-in shower with luxurious rainfall shower heads. Fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided for added convenience.
All bedrooms in this unit include a portable fan and a portable heater.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a digital door code. You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.
The Neighborhood:
Polanco is well known for its upscale and trendy atmosphere, and you’ll find a plethora of great places to eat, shop, and explore. Foodies can enjoy anything from upscale restaurants to local street food vendors; shop-a-holics are in luck, as Polanco is home to some of the city’s most exclusive boutiques and high-end stores. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby parks and green spaces. Take a leisurely stroll through Parque Lincoln or enjoy a picnic in Parque América. Polanco is ideal for first-time visitors as there’s something for everyone! And popular landmarks and sites, such as Chapultepec Park and the historic center, are about a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute walk.
Getting Around:
The Mexico City | Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 10.6 miles | 16. 5 km from the apartment. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times in the city vary greatly depending on the time of day.
If you come by car, we have a parking spot for you. You can also take a registered taxi, Uber or public transportation.

Important information to know before booking:
Mexico City is going through a decrease in the water supply until April 2024. This measure has been taken to ensure in the medium term that the supply of water delivered from the Cutzamala System, whose overall storage level has been reduced as a result the drought that has affected the country in recent years.
It is important to mention that there is enough water on the property, in case of shortage we will provide water through an external distributor, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding.
There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.
There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
