At that time they will be asked to sign a Guest Registration form and a Pet Acceptance Agreement (if applicable). Daily amenity fee ($34.00 plus tax) is added and built in to the total reservation charges. The amenity fee ensures guests have access to all resort amenities. Guests are to contact front desk at the Black Rock Resort for any maintenance issues in the unit. Guests are not to contact front desk for unit supplies (towels, soap, laundry det., etc...) They will need to contact Property Manager. If guests arrive early the front desk will store any luggage while waiting for 4:00 check in. They will also be allowed to access the shuttle. 1 vehicle parking per unit.  1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
