Hi! This is Karla and Dani and this is our home in Tulum. We are interior designers and artists and we’ve tried to make a beautiful space to live that we’d decided to rent when we are out of town. It is a modern and luxurious one bedroom flat with the best location in Tulum, next to the only road that takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches. The building has a beautiful common rooftop pool where you can see the ruins, relax, work, and a fully-equipped gym on the ground floor. The Space: This bright new 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tulum. The design and amenities have been carefully selected for living in it, so you’ll have everything you need in a house. The apartment has a beautiful open kitchen, a good size bathroom, king bed, nice linens, pillows and a big nice balcony facing the jungle where you can watch the sunset every evening in the lounge chairs or the dining table. The flat has central air conditioner and ceiling fan i the bedroom. It includes coffee, tea, towels, water for your arrival, toiletries and fine cooking utensils, pots and pans. There is 24/7 guarded security and private secure parking. Interaction with Guests: We are always available to help with everything that you need. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of OTA, OTA, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed. The Neighborhood: The best supermarket in Tulum is conveniently located a few steps away. The studio is between the Pueblo and the beach, in a new complex that is calm and beautiful. It has 1 international cuisine restaurant and 1 Italian restaurant on the premises and thousands of cafe, restaurant and shopping options within walking distance. Getting Around: The best way to explore Tulum is by bicycle. You can also ask the security guards to order a taxi or sleep peacefully knowing your car is securely parked in the gated parking lot. Other Things to Note: GYM Rates: Day pass 1 day 10usd 3 days 20 usd 7 days 40 usd Monthly payment 50 usd Annuity 399 usd The apartment includes two courtesy bikes that can be used, this bikes are free, they don’t affect the cost of the booking . We maintain them and they should be in good condition at your arrival. Please note we are not responsible neither liable for any accident / issue that can arouse for using them. We provide them in good faith. Be safe while using them. If you decide to use the bikes, please take care of them. Bikes need to be properly secured when left unattended. We provide locks so you can secure the bikes. Try to find spots where bikes can be properly be secured. In case of gross misused or damage we reserve the right to ask for the cost of repair or refund. Tulum is a town in the middle of the jungle, please consider that sometimes the power can have outages which could affect the wifi signal or services like water. Also, the mobile signal can be limited in some areas. We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when you are not at home. You have 10kw per night included, the cost of extra kw is $6 pesos. Note: At the moment there is a construction across the street from the complex, so there may be noise during working hours.
