Hi! This is Karla and Dani and this is our home in Tulum.
We are interior designers and artists and we’ve tried to make a beautiful space to live that we’d decided to rent when we are out of town.
It is a modern and luxurious one bedroom flat with the best location in Tulum, next to the only road that takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches.
The building has a beautiful common rooftop pool where you can see the ruins, relax, work, and a fully-equipped gym on the ground floor.
The Space:
This bright new 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tulum. The design and amenities have been carefully selected for living in it, so you’ll have everything you need in a house.
The apartment has a beautiful open kitchen, a good size bathroom, king bed, nice linens, pillows and a big nice balcony facing the jungle where you can watch the sunset every evening in the lounge chairs...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
