In the summer, tee off at the nearby Stratton Mountain Golf Course, located just two miles north, before unwinding on the balcony with a good book or mingling with fellow travelers at the recreation center across the street (access fee applies) where you can enjoy a friendly game of pickleball or tennis.
The condo association has a shared hot tub available year round and it is located directly behind this unit! Guests have easy access to the Stratton Mountain Training and Fitness Center, managed by Stratton Mountain, offering indoor and saltwater pools, a gym, yoga classes, Peloton cycling, and more (additional fees may apply). Plus, a shared hot tub behind the unit provides a relaxing spot to soak year-round.
