CHECK-IN TIME - Check-in is after 3 pm. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. - Early check-in can be requested. CHECK-OUT TIME - Check-out is 10 am. - Late check-out can be requested. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler’s names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. - Quiet time: 9pm to 8am. PARKING -This apartment does not come with a parking bay. Although, parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability.
