Perfectly positioned on Hay Street, this rooftop apartment places you right in the heart of East Perth (Perth CBD), with easy access to the city’s best dining, shopping, and attractions.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment offers plenty of space for you and your family or group to relax comfortably. You’ll also have access to great on-site amenities, including a covered pool and a gym to keep up with your routine. Inside, everything is set up for a seamless stay, with fast Wi-Fi, a TV (including one in the bathroom for a touch of luxury), and all the essentials such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and reliable hot water.
Step out onto the massive balcony and enjoy the fresh Perth breeze — the perfect spot to unwind, entertain, or simply take in the city atmosphere.
A keycard will be supplied in the lock box to access the lift, room, gym and pool.
Getting around is easy with free public transport nearby, including the Red CAT bus (free service), which stops close to the building and connects you to key locations across the city.
PARKING
This apartment does not come with parking. Although, parking can be arranged by the guest directly with the Mantra reception. You will need to pay them directly.

Please note we are an independent apartment and NOT part of the Mantra Hotel group. Please do not contact reception for any queries except parking. Please contact us, Cloud Bnb, for any other queries that you may have during your stay.
CHECK-IN
After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:
1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!).
2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported.
Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying.
PLEASE NOTE: If these steps are not completed in time, check-in instructions will not be provided.
