-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
