GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler’s names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed to overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. PARKING -This apartment does not come with a parking bay, however parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters) While the apartment is in the Best Western serviced apartments complex it is privately owned, and the Best Western personnel are not there to assist you. Please contact our host for any queries, do not contact Best Western staff.
