The townhouse spans three levels, with two queen-size beds, a bunk bed (two single mattresses), and an additional spare single mattress to accommodate up to seven guests. Each bedroom has air conditioning for a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the living room offers a TV and free Wi-Fi for your entertainment. Enjoy the shared pool, spa, and barbecue area in the common space. Free parking is available (height limit of 2m).
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire townhouse. The common areas include a pool, spa, and barbecue facilities, perfect for relaxation. We will provide a four-digit access code before your arrival for convenient self-check-in.
The property is well-connected, with easy access to public transport. A short walk will take you to bus stops and train stations, providing convenient routes to Perth CBD, the airport, and other popular destinations.
Access: Fob in the lockbox for building.
Bin Days: General - Mon, Wed, Fri; Recycling - Mon.
Parking: Parking Bay Available (2m height limit)
Security: Cameras in common areas of apartment complex.
Accessibility: Ground floor, small step to shower.
Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay.
CHECK-IN TIME

- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- until 10 am.
- Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler’s names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
