Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are arranged for both comfort and flexibility. The main master suite on the first floor includes a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, and direct access to the pool area. A second master suite upstairs features another king bed along with a Smart TV and ceiling fan. A Mickey-themed bedroom offers twin beds, and a beach-themed room includes two queen beds. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed rounds out the sleeping spaces. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and ceiling fan. The family room includes a queen pull-out bed with a memory foam mattress for additional sleeping options.
Indoor living
The kitchen includes a large island, built-in air fryer oven, stainless steel appliances, and space for preparing meals together. An adjacent dining area opens into the family room, where a sectional sofa and 65-inch Smart TV create a relaxed gathering space. Large sliding doors connect directly to the pool area. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides a quiet place for remote work. The air-conditioned game room includes a pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, arcade games, board games, life size games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku.
Outdoor living
The screened-in pool and spa are available year-round, offering space to cool off or settle into the water at any time of day. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The patio includes outdoor seating, two umbrellas, and a gas BBQ grill, along with a half bathroom located just inside with direct access from the pool deck. A private backyard and outdoor furniture create more space to gather or relax.
Family-friendly features
A crib, pack ’n play, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, board games, an indoor children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground help families feel at ease. Breakfast is provided, and the home is pet-friendly.

You’ll have access to resort features including a clubhouse, gym, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a fishing lake. Free driveway parking for four vehicles and free street parking are available. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home, facing outside only.
