This single-level, family-friendly private pool villa sits about 10 miles from Disney World and is well suited for multigenerational trips, theme park adventures, or longer stays that blend work and leisure. You have the entire home to yourself, along with access to nearby resort facilities.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features four bedrooms designed for both privacy and togetherness. Two master suites each include a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, with the main master offering direct access to the pool area. A third bedroom has a queen bed, while the Toy Story-themed kids’ room includes two single beds and its own TV. A queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living area provides additional flexibility. In total, the home sleeps 10 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 baths.
Living and work spaces
An open living area connects seamlessly to the kitchen and pool patio, creating an easy flow for group time. You will find smart TVs throughout the home and a dedicated workspace in a separate room with a door, supported by fast WiFi and an Ethernet connection for remote work or streaming.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. A dining area nearby makes it easy to gather for shared breakfasts before heading out or relaxed dinners in the evening. Breakfast is provided, as noted in the amenities.

The home is located in the Orlando Area and is close to Disney World - including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios - as well as Universal Studios, Universal Epic Park, and SeaWorld.
