As a guest, you’ll have access to exceptional facilities, including an outdoor heated infinity pool, a tennis court, BBQ areas, and direct beach access. Convenient on-site parking is also available. Please note that this apartment is not part of Seashells Mandurah. Whether you’re exploring the Peel region or soaking up the sun on the beach, your stay promises to be unforgettable! This apartment has been thoughtfully designed with accessibility at its core. It features a spacious entryway and a larger living room, ensuring ease of movement throughout the space. A convenient ramp provides smooth access to the balcony, while the shower and toilet are both fully wheelchair accessible, offering comfort and convenience for all guests. Getting around Mandurah is convenient and enjoyable, whether you prefer walking, driving, or using public transport. On Foot: Mandurah’s compact size and scenic surroundings make walking one of the best ways to explore. The apartment’s prime location allows you to easily stroll to nearby restaurants, cafes, the Mandurah Ocean Marina, and the beach. You can also walk along the stunning boardwalks of the Mandurah Estuary, enjoying the views and wildlife. By Car: Having a car provides flexibility for exploring Mandurah and the surrounding Peel region. There are plenty of parking options in the town center, and roads are well-maintained and easy to navigate. With a car, you can visit nearby attractions like Dolphin Quay, the beautiful Serpentine Falls, or venture a little further to explore the Peel-Harvey Estuary and other natural landmarks. Mandurah is also well-connected to Perth via the Kwinana Freeway, just an hour’s drive away. Public Transport: Mandurah is well-served by public transport, with buses running regularly through the town and connecting to surrounding areas. The Mandurah Train Station provides fast, direct access to Perth in under an hour, making it easy to explore the city or commute for work. The bus services from the train station can also take you to key spots in and around Mandurah, including local beaches and shopping centers. Cycling: Mandurah is a very bike-friendly town, with several dedicated cycling paths that take you along the coastline and around the estuary. Bike rentals are available if you want to enjoy a leisurely ride while taking in the stunning views of the water and natural landscapes. Whether you’re staying local or venturing out, getting around Mandurah is simple, with plenty of options to suit your travel style. Access: Key and a Keycard to access the building and apartment door entry. Security: Cameras in common areas Accessibility: 2nd floor accessible via lift. Amenities: Amenities only restocked at the start of stay. CHECK-IN TIME - from 3 pm onwards. - We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time. CHECK-OUT TIME - until 10 am. - Late check-out in cases of extreme need, which will be evaluated by the manager. GUESTS - Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in - Please do not book on behalf of other people. - Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler’s names. Guest Verification & Damage Deposit -Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest". -Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver’s license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid. -Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported. -The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest. RULES - No pets. - No smoking. - No parties. - Visitors are not allowed to overnight. - Quiet time: 9 pm to 8 am. PARKING -There is a parking bay available.
