LOCATION:
Bordered by Deer Lake State Park, our home is nestled amongst the pines in the heart of Seacrest Beach within the highly sought-after neighborhood of Magnolia by the Sea. The resort-style pool is located just steps from the home and is mere minutes from the restaurants, shops, and boutiques of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. The two closest public beach access points - Seacrest Beach Drive and Gulf Lakes - are both less than a mile from the home and within easy walking and biking distance.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
- Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
- Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
- This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any direct consequential damages.
- This home is strictly non-smoking.
