Come stay at the historic Bearet Home in Killington! This 5br/5.5ba home was recently updated in ‘22, and offers everything your family will need during their stay! This home sits in the perfect location, being just minutes away from the slopes, and walking distance to many local favorites such as The Garlic, Pickle Barrel night spot, and the market!
The space
The Bearet Home in Killington is a beautiful single-family home with a lot of local history and full of many fond memories. Entering the home on the ground floor, you’ll be met with an open floor plan that boasts a large living room kitchen and dining area, perfect for hosting and entertaining your entire group. Also located on this level is a ½ bath, and the first king bedroom with an ensuite bath. Upstairs, you will find three more spacious bedrooms all featuring an ensuite bath. Downstairs, features a large game room, along with the bunk room, perfect for keeping the kid entertained! Step outside, and you’ll be greeted with a private deck and grill, with the stairs leading down to the hottub!
The bedroom layout is as follows: Room 1 (ground floor) King room with ensuite, Room 2 (2nd floor) King bed with ensuite, Room 3 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 4 (2nd floor) queen bed and Twin bed with ensuite, Room 5 (basement level) 2 twin bunk beds.
You will have the entire home to yourself. There is an apartment over the garage that is behind the home with a full time resident, so please keep the driveway clear.
