The concept of Urban Beach apartment came from the proximity of this lovely holiday home to the beautiful Estoril beaches and its urban setting. The apartment has been decorated in keeping with this. Within the different areas be sure to find themes influenced by neutral sandy colours which contrast with blues, greens and greys, like the sand, sea and rocks. You’ll find Urban beach spacious with lots of natural light and many beach(y) influences such as the unique art on the walls along with other decorative elements. Each area has its own personal touch. This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The twin bedroom has a large window with lots of natural light but also offers electrical shutters so you won’t be disturbed by light in the morning, air conditioning and has a built-in closet. Here you will find the blue tones which will remind you of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom, has an en suite bathroom with 2 large windows and access to its own personal deck where you may find a small table that seats 2, ideal for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day; this room’s décor is influenced by the fine sandy beaches. Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service from 16:00 till 20:00. Early Check-in: Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in. Late Check-in Fees: - From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00 - After 23:00 – €60.00 The apartment is located 7 min walk away from the Estoril Train Station, where you will also find the bus stop with connecting routes to Cascais, Sintra. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
