Enter using a private door code and be greeted by soft hues and beach decor. The two secondary bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, are located at the front of the condo, as well as a full size bathroom, which is accessible from the queen bedroom as well as the hall, and a large laundry room. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
