Relaxation and fun await at Ocean Reef #102! This spacious and beautifully updated ground floor condo has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway, from the ideal location next to the fenced community pool and only a 5-7 minute walk to beach access, to the comfortable beds and spacious layout. When you decide to venture out, you will find that the quick and easy access to the beach as well as local attractions, shops, and restaurants make this the perfect place to stay!
Enter using a private door code and be greeted by soft hues and beach decor. The two secondary bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, are located at the front of the condo, as well as a full size bathroom, which is accessible from the queen bedroom as well as the hall, and a large laundry room. The open concept living spaces create the perfect setting for memory making including the kitchen which has everything you need to make your favorite foods and drinks, and a countertop bar which is a great place to chat with the cook and enjoy a meal. Enjoy great meals as well as fun games and engaging conversations at the dining table for six. The large sectional in the living room will provide a comfortable seat for everyone to relax with their favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV. From the living room, access your private screened patio, the perfect place to enjoy a meal as you soak in the natural beauty of the community. Rest well in a spacious master suite, which features a comfortable king bed, a large smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub and walk in shower. Each bedroom is outfitted with crisp linens and each bathroom is stocked with soft white towels.
Located just across the street, be sure to check out Ocean Hammock Park. Here you will discover a beautiful tree lined trail that is perfect for walking and biking and leads to direct beach access.
While in St. Augustine, don’t miss out on learning more about the unique history while enjoying the activities the area has to offer. Ride the Old Town Trolley around town and take in the beautiful sights! Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
